What a figure includes
Every package includes a written scope, a sample list, and a closing walkthrough of the rooms named in the package. The Essential plan stays with one room. Signature joins two rooms that share a doorway, a floor, or a color story. Whole Home is for a finish map that has to stay consistent from the entry to the private rooms.
Figures do not include every repair a house might need. Structural redesign, emergency dry-out, and brand-new additions are discussed separately if they appear. Allowances, when used, are ceilings for a category of goods. If you choose above the allowance, the difference is approved before the order.
How to choose
If one room embarrasses you and the rest of the house can wait, start with Essential. If the kitchen and the room beside it need to share a floor, choose Signature. If trim, color, and floors should agree through the whole house, choose Whole Home and expect a longer sample period.
